Service Description
This session is for people who know: it’s not about food. It’s about control. About pressure. About what’s been held in for too long. What if discipline was never the point? This 1:1 session is for you if you’ve realized: The issue isn’t food. Or weight. Or your body. It’s what you’ve been trying to control because something inside feels too much. Maybe you’ve gone through phases of overeating, restriction, guilt, self-judgment, or numbness. Perhaps you’ve started to believe that you are the problem. This hour is here to question that. We’ll look at: – emotional patterns behind eating behavior – unconscious control loops and self-image narratives – the real hunger for safety, clarity, connection No prep. No fixing. Just space to tell the truth, maybe for the first time. Important note: This session is not therapy, treatment, or diagnosis. If you are currently dealing with a diagnosed eating disorder or in acute emotional distress, please contact a licensed professional first.
